Java or Bedrock version ?

Which version is better for playing with small group of friends?

java hands down, you get the snapshots earlier aswell as mods like optifine are essential to me having a decent time playing the game

n my opinion the Java version should be removed, but more players prefer java versions. The Bedrock edition has a very high potential

Java edition may be old, however the modding and customization on java are undless with Mojang seems to have locked down bedrock a lot more and Bedrock really doesn't appeal to a lot of the mature playerbase. However, Bedrock is definitely more optimized for more hardware but I will always prefer Java.

Naturally bedrock edition, because more optimized code and no java bugs.

I prefer Java edition for Minecraft, there's many servers and many mods and plugin for that.

java is way better, its the older version, so it gets more support and addons

java is better it has more freedom but i wolud get bedrock if i wanted rtx

I would buy the Java version there you can at least use mods and play on the big PC servers ...
