Joomla Theme (jpexpert from JoomlaPlates) and dom loading problems

Hi,
I've a site using jpespert theme from Joomlaplates.
the loading of the page shows, before the end of the download of the DOM, a passage that I would like to avoid.

I would like the whole page to be loaded only after downloading all the necessary resources.
Anyone can help me?
