Bitly or not allowed is often used for phishing but how should we know what is behind that shorten URL?
I shorted my URL (http://www.h4ppy.top/) with bitly and i got this :https://bitly.com/2uIM06t
To know the URL which got shortened with this service we simply take it and set a "+" directly behind it
https://bitly.com/2uIM06t+
Now go to the site and you will see the following:
