First off, you need a userbar.

Then after you find that 80$ userbar that only is supposed to cost 3$

you need to make a thread with good styling. (For recruitment)

You need to get members to like you and want to join your group.

My group, its good now but when it started it had no userbar, not a good name, nothing was good, everyone hated me and thought I was LQ.

Now its different. And I hope you don't go threw what I did
