LANC IP Sniffer Question/Issue

It was working fine for the last couple of weeks, until today. When I type in the source IP and port, then check the 2 boxes, the ARP boxes dont show up under that area.
That's the best way I can explain it.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this? I've reset everything possible and more.

Unless someone can tell me how to setup Commview.
