Description
> Ballistic shields are protection devices deployed by police and military forces that are designed to stop or deflect bullets fired at their carrier. Despite this addon's name it contains two ballistic shields and one riot shield. Every shield's efficiency is dependant on the config settings. By default even the heavy shield might be vulnerable to high caliber weapons, but you can also make them completely bulletproof.

I bought this Addon myself. it does not contain any backdoors,
or viruses. If the link no longer works, DM me and I will Update the Link!

Installing
> Extract the files into your /garrysmod/garrysmod/addons, folder

if I'm not mistaken ballistic shield does not cover ALL hitbox, so I don't think that it's OP and this addon is realistic(because in real life such gadget is used by police)
