For 8 USD it's still a pretty expensive addon, especially for just handcuff and restraint sweps. This is a must-have for any DarkRP, PoliceRP, or really any RP server. It can even be handy as an admin tool, if you don't trust admins with jail/ freeze perms for some reason.
