[LEAK] Outdated RadioWorks with HL2RP schema

RadioWorks (if you didn't know)is a slightly modified Helix framework, developed and used by Willard Networks' team.

I've decided to upload old (leaked in russian community under the name RadioNavoz) version of RadioWorksincluding my minor fixes to it.

A little disadvantage: everything is in russian language!

fun fact: "groupmanager" plugin can cause Lua errors. you know what to do with it.
