Prometheus Donation System

To start off there are some requirements to make this work;
- You MUST have a website that uses PHP 5.4 or greater

- You MUST have a MySQL Database

- You MUST have knowledge on how to use MySQL and how to create a website

Prometheus is the next level of donation systems for gmod its sleek design in game makes it visuallyappealing and the the speed that it checks donations removing the need for staff to have to check the donation its all automated the player pays for a rank or extra and it checks the payment and applies ranks ( it cant give money )
