SH Safe Zones is a very good choice if you want to have a simple but powerful tool for creating safe zones.

Just unzip sh-safe-zones.rar and put sh_safezones to addons folder.

it works and the game doesn't need to have a game server to work

I have no crashes with this addon. The last time addon was updated in 2018
