LPL LCK, Which league is the best?

Which league do you think is best for both LPL and LCK?

I mainly watch LCS because I live in NA and I'm a big fan of Cloud 9.
But the best league for high level gameplay is LCK.
Griffin and SKT are interesting to watch. I hope we get to see them in the finals.
