League of Legends Alternative / ELO Hell

I have been playing at LOL since the begin. I admit I am not really good and my ELO is HELL!!
This makes (IMHO) that I get paired with toxic ppl, making imposible to win anything and get out of there.

Any advice?

Maybe switch to a similar game?
