League of Legends Explanation?

I have never actually played League of Legends, would someone mind explaining the basics of the game, is it basically like WOW or any other MMORPG?

It is a Moba.
It is more user friendly than Dota, and not as zoomed in as Smite.
The champions in the game are often copied by other Moba's (Smite)
The game is very team reliant and the object is to destroy the enemies nexus.

Watching a youtube video might be able to explain it better than someone typing it out!

definetely is better see a video in youtube. you can search for tutorials and people playing to learn more about it

Just get in some games and start playing.
It doesn't matter if you lose every single game or not,you will get the hang of it eventually.
