Is there any way how I can get some free RP to this game?

Nope, unless you go to a event, or win a Riot sponsored event.

That's pity, I heard only about scripts, but I really don't want get ban on my acc :D

There is no way to get Riot points legit without buying or doing what I told you before.

Some accounts are sold on sites.
