I believe this addon is no longer available on gmodstore but this should work!

DISCLAIMER:

I wont be unlocking this as I already have a few copies - But I suggest not using this anti-cheat unless you have a better one for a few reasons, Its so easy to bypass and it really doesn't work that much anymore there is barely any updates and the Developer wont even help fix the issues.

Well its not available for good reasons. The guy has pretty much abandoned it and it hasnt been updated in quite some time. Its also not able to catch some of the new cheats out.

I also plan on uploading a few others but I uploaded this one for one or two people who want it.
