While you might have some merit to that statement, we generally want to keep this placecommunity-centric. Leeching is pretty much the opposite of that, while contributing (resources, quality discussion, good business, etc) helps it grow and stay healthy. Just stay within the rules (found in "HELP DOCUMENTS" at the top of the site) and you'll generally be alright even if you are here just for the content.

That's how you lose members and loyalty, and I'm sure not all are kids but act like one!!

But I'm not wrong. That's what's happening.

Hmm... Less spam -> less traffic and more HQ or keep doing what they were doing. I think this choice could help the forum pick itself up from the constant state of leeching hell, but only if the regular membs there keep the non leaks discussions going.

Put yourself in Cake's shoes. Even I'd eventually go a bit insane and ban people for the smallest things because I'd be tired of the bulllshit. Especially a forum where " 90% of people are kids".

You shouldn't run a big site in the first place if you're not capable of dealing with the stress and problems it brings with it.
Sure, you can't just quit and probably don't want to, yet it's a thing to consider if it goes so far that it even causes mental/physical problems.

Too bad for Cake. I don't mind seeing his forum die to shit.

How do you even deal with this constant and consistent barrage of spam, leeching and cancer that goes on your forum daily and still remain cool as a fridge in the process. Asking for a friend. (I'm actually curious, do you have some specific method or mindset?)

LeakForums: "We've removed all leaks from our site."

Me: "Ok.."

I doubt Cake would pass the baton.

Couldn't they have gotten away with keeping the URLs up, given that they're not directly hosting the files?
