Description

Effective logging and report management are two of the most warranted features of administration. A report system has a vital role in empowering staff to see and respond to concerns rapidly in a structured manner. Logs, on the other hand, is closely connected, since it provides the foundation for the many judgements and decisions that staff need to make in their work.
We felt that many of the log and report systems out there lacked the kind of efficiency and practical design that one should expect. Staff should be able to swiftly navigate through logs and assign themselves to reports, while players should have a user-friendly platform to submit their reports. We decided to bring something more responsive to the scene of reports and logs, and this administrative extension is the result!

How to use?
Type!logsin the chat to open the log system,!reportto open the report system, and!statisticsto open the statistics viewer. You can change all the commands in each configuration and add aliases to suit your needs.

Is this like the ticket claiming system? I really hope that it's not one of those weird, long winded, time consuming systems that make you file in depth reports.
