Leech Go Away

I think this sytem is too much, cause if a member of longer than 2 years will got banned that sounds bad, leechers isn't the people who copy paste the posts? If im right. I think this might can be found by a search query if the post contents exists.

i think the 15 post count to download things only promotes the illusion of activity, since most people come here and speed post 15 times then never come back again
