Well, to get rid of leechers completely you have to remove the Leaks section of The Forum.

Ive already put a complaint in about this, and saying stuff like make it so they have to post more blah blah blah! but every idea just leads to more spamming bro

I know, trying to rack my brains.. the only possibility I have thought of is blocking new users from unlocking content for like their first hour after sign up, there for making them stay and engage with the community or go.
