This list is designed to give you a good idea of what to expect when refunding TOP performing stores.
I'd also like to add that I have changed up the format from the original GreenYellowRed format to one that more reflects how refunders format their store lists in 2018-2019. So please read the entire preface before reading the list to understand my keys and meanings.
I want this to be a community list so please, please feel free to message me or comment here with your suggestions for different stores, limits, methods and things to know so that list won't die off like the last one but can be constantly updated with new stores and new details. Thank you.

Keys:
- MU = Multi-unlimited You can order multiple to unlimited items from them, but I suggest limiting the amount to something reasonable
- U = Unlimted, you can really order as much as you like and have a high chance of getting your refund through
- 1-10+ = You can order the specific amount of items I have listed, any more and you risk losing the refund
- 1k-5k+ = Your order(including all times) cannot exceed this amount without serious chance of getting a partial or no refund.

- Google 5k 4 I haven't had any issues aside from just randomly failing the refund.
- Bestbuy 2k U Easy most of the time but they are known to investigate and sometimes takes a month
- Lenovo 4k 1 Investigations are frequent and last about a month
- Target 800 1 Using PayPal will usually get you your refund back on a gift card
- QVC 5k 1 Hard ASF now because the EZPay system got raped a while ago
- Beach Camera 3k 1 If you sign it will be most likely, an instant failure
- Costco 1k U Be careful, they have been known to fail randomly and investigate
- Overstock 1k 1 NOT easy anymore. I have never had a fully successful refund from them
- Crutchfield 500 1
- Evine .com 3k 1 You might get a carrier investigation or need a PR
- Bose 1k 1 Be consistent. they keep good records
- Zzounds 2k 1 They usually take about a month to get your refund and usually investigate
- Guitar Center 2k 1 Again, they usually take about a month to get your refund and usually investigate
