Yeah no.

Lolicon isn't derived from lolita. Lolicon is someone who is into young looking girls, it's not a genre, it's a personality trait.
Lolita is indeed the name of a Russian book, and lolita means "sexualised girl", to make it easier for you, slutty, revealing etc.
Loli is a further abbreviation of lolicon, though it is originally from lolita, and has the slang meaning of a young looking girl.

Also I'm done with the debate, no one uses the definitions you provide and I've asked tons and I mean tons of people for their opinion. None agree with you.
Cya.

Very simple question before you leave.

When you see a loli, what goes through your head? What words pop up to mind.

So when you see a loli you describe their appearance? "She has two eyes. She has a nose. She is skinny. She is wearing shoes"

I'm not believing you.

Sorry, I'd probably add cute, if it isn't an revealing picture. Otherwise yes, general appearance.
Also I'm assuming we're talking about an drawn loli.

Yes. Drawn.

It's funny how many males they don't look at lolis sexually. But in order to say a female is cute, or adorable, you must have some sort of attraction.

Did you also happen to ask Japan about that? Do you also go and ask toddlers about rocket science if you are doing a paper on it as well? If they say that rockets fly with magical power, does that make it accurate? The amount of people doesn't mean anything if the people who say it has no understanding of what it is. A great deal of Americans seem to think that Norway is the capital of Sweden, does that make it true? No. Does "Norway" mean; "Capita of Sweden" because a great deal of people believe so? No.

So let me go over what you just said and reply to those points.

I never said that "Lolicon" is derived from "Lolita". I said that it comes from book "Lolita" which is where "Lolita Complex" originates from. "Lolicon" is a media focusing on young or prepubescent girls. (If you are so big into Wikipedia, then here it is.) That is how we define genres, as of such "Lolicon" is a genre focusing on that concept.

"Lolita" means, as stated above; "a sexually precocious young girl" or "Erotic-Kawaii" in Japan. It does however, not specifically refer to being "slutty" or "revealing". The reason for this is the question; "What is sexually appealing to me?" It is a subjective question with a subjective answer. As of such it has an extremely wide variety of responses. For example, one person might find a "slutty" girl sexually appealing while another find it as a big turn-off. Despite that, they might both be pedophiles or into the same type of girl aside from that one trait.

That is why "Lolita" means "a sexually precocious young girl" and not a specific trait of it. As sexual attraction is subjective.

Also if you are going to use sources, use the entire part of it. Don't cut out the one part that agrees with you and ignore the rest. (Here is the link to your source.) As noted with the second point:

"Loli" is a contraction of "Lolicon" which originated from the phrase; "Lolita Complex". So the origin of "Loli" is just that, "Lolita Complex". Despite this, "Loli" is abbreviated from the word "Lolicon" but "Lolicon" originates from "Lolita Complex" so in that sense, "Loli" also originates from there. So let me go over the development of these words:

Lolita was the name of a book which gave out the grounds for the "Lolita Complex". Then from this phrase, a portmanteau was formed, this was "Lolicon". From this, the word was abbreviated into what most people use these days, which is "Loli".

Yes and no. I look at my cat and I think it's cute too, though not attractive cute.
But since you were more detailed and said, female, then yes, there is attraction. Though I don't get sexually aroused from just looking at a girl(irl) either.

Based of a single image that shows nothing but the looks, then yes. You have to have some form of sexual attraction towards that person. Which is why, say a gay man wouldn't find the same connection. Though if you see someone act, behave or otherwise give out more than just looks then the attraction can be romantic, general or sexual.
