Nope. Loli refers specifically to the sexual attraction towards young girls.

But what makes a male think a young girl is cute? There has to be some sort of attraction, sexual or not.

Contrary to popular belief, "loli" is NOT an abbreviation for "lolicon".
A loli is a young girl, which is usually depicted as extremely cute. There are several usages of this word.

1. In an adult comic/video/game/etc, a loli is perceived as a very young girl, but she is always over the age of 18.
2. In other contexts, such as an ecchi or non-erotic situation, a loli is perceived as a young girl who is extremely cute, but does not need to be over 18.
Ta*ga is so cute and small... She's such a cute loli!

Loli is generally directed towards males around the same age as the portrait girls. Around age 13-15.

I am afraid you are "shit out of luck" on this one. Loli is a specific genre, derived from "Lolicon" which has some of it's origin in the "Lolita" novel.Though it specifically refers to the sexual content featuring young girls.

Could be my age as I am 19. And that I have a sister. Which makes me grossed out by men who like lolis.

Not really.
Loli is just an underage girl, or young looking. Says it is USUALLY connected to sexual content, but not limited to.

Lolicon is the term you are looking for.

"Loli" is abbreviated from "Lolicon" at least as much as Japan is concerned. Whatever you personally believe is of no interest here though, as the term is used to describe young girls in sexual settings in Manga, at least in Japan.

Well true. Then again, remember that everyone likes something.

Great sources. >.>
But regardless, if you would scroll down one on the urbandictionary link, you would see that one definition of it is "A prepubescent girl; especially in Japanese anime/manga."

And while loli is usually referring to sexual things, it does not always have to be sexual.

Yes, and Urban Dictionary works by rating the most accurate definitions, which are then placed at top. Hence, the majority of people insist that the top one is the correct one. Japan also believes so, but by all means have your definition. Though they are not valid within a discussion like this. The other sources are as viable as any source you can possibly find. The difference is, I can take 2 seconds and find several sources support my point. But it will take at least twice as long to find something that doesn't.

You also might go and read "Lolita" which is where the term originated from.

If I take for example the anime "Black Bullet" which has a ton of lolis but nothing sexual, I think they're alright. But once it gets sexual I find it a bit weird but don't really consider it child porn since it's animated.

Anybody can like what they want.
