The most simplified answer I can develop is this, Until every human on earth can stop thinking that their personal beliefs are the absolute right and are not willing to have a mindset of everyone has developed into unique individual moral, emotional, and physical being, and instead of exploring and appreciating the differences, they put up a wall of intolerance. The biggest fault of the human race is our development of entitlement and desire. Until the day comes when the last thought of judgement because of someones differences occurs (which will never happen) the compounding effects of that one thought will continue to manifest into violent acts against others. How do we stop it? Authorization of the activation of the nuclear triad and wipe out everyone but myself and a couple of Russian mail order brides, joking, there is no way of stopping it. Just many many various actions in a combined effort to mitigate as much as possible.
