Looking for a designer/coder.

If you're looking to attract any serious web designers, especially with a budget like yours, I'd suggest providing more information as to what you're looking to build your website around. Is it community based, like a forum? Are your videos uploaded by yourself or others? Is it a streaming service? Do you have a team ready to work with a lead designer? Give us something to work with so we can help you out.

I can possibly do this if you can put more information like would you like the people to upload via the website or will only you and staff be able to upload videos etc.

I am not looking for a designer, I am looking for a person who can code and design at the same time. It is one man job. I don't have a team. I will guide through the whole project. It is not a forum based community or something like that. Its more like netflix but its pay per view model. Uploaders pay per upload and viewers pay for access. Uploaders get 90 % of what viewers pay to watch. If any of you are interested then please send me some work you made in php from scratch.

Sorry, just my two cents here; I see little to no initial incentive for uploaders in this model. If you need to pay to upload a video, there's no guarantee the uploader will even attract any views to their videos and make back their payment.
Also, what do you plan to offer that would attract people to your service as opposed to more popular and successful ones, such as YouTube?
