Looking for a serious partner for a GMod community

I want to create something different with another motivated person that is willing to invest money and time with me into making a huge Garry's Mod Community. I have over 2,000+ Hours on Gmod i know every gamemode and what the players want on the specific gamemode and what they want in a Community. I can provide everything from investing my money into a fully custom Gamemode to providing time into improving the structure and marketing of a community.
