I don't play MMOs much but I've heard some good things about Tera, Blade n Soul, and Black Desert.

Bless Online Is FIreee But Coming Soon this year its will break every mmo game ;p

I played BDO and it's very good for new people joining MMO's since it's easy to gain money with the marketplace.

Elder scrolls online is amazing. You can get it cheap for console plus the dlc. Not sure about pc.
