Honestly don't know what genre I would class this artist under but I recommend listening to yxngxr1 I personally like all of his stuff.

One genre that I got into is C-Pop. It’s Chinese pop and very similar to K-pop. Who would’ve thought the Chinese know what they’re doing when it comes to pop music LOL

Anything but country tbh. Rap is whats new these days but, pop, rock is also good

I don't know what genre it is because it's old music that's inspiring newer music but check out Tatsuro Yamashita, album For You.
His albums vary, some way more funky then others.

Put these tunes on and imagine yourself walking through a park in Tokyo on a sunny day.
