Looking for the stun baton from Realistic kidnap system addon, willing to trade stuff

If anyone has the stun baton swep that can ragdoll players and is willing to give me the darn thing I'd be willing to trade some steam items, or if anyone is crazy enough to code their own new one and make it a public addon on the workshop I'd be willing to outright pay for it just so that apublic thing that doesn't cost anyone anything is available to everyone so no one in the futurehas to go and pay some rando 10$ for the ability to surprise ragdoll their friend...
