Low Cost Setup for Mining - March 2018 - GPU

The market is not good for mining right, now. But its good for Cloud Gaming and other uses.
I have started to give sessions where I show the tools and let you make that educated decision.. It would actually be cheaper for you toput the rig if it was GPU in the cloud at this point.

what Graphics Card is the best for mining this time?
