Low FPS on Call of duty world at war!

Im Running a very high end system

Specs:
RTX 2080Ti SLI setup Dual
128 Gbs of ram
Threadripper

These are basic specs if you want the Exact specs just say so

I run the game and put it on ultra and 4k and then I run it and play it but it never goes higher then 10 fps but if I change the setting to 1080 it plays fine! I have a 4K Screen and even if I put the settings on low in 4k its still 10 fps or lower

PLS HELP!

did you set dual gpu on in the game settings? becuse that needs to be on to use dual gpu and if that doesnt work then try to use 1 GPU instead of 2
