We heard that a lot #CSGO players got a FPS problem after update,

Fix
- Launch CS
- snd_updateaudiocache
- snd_rebuildaudiocache
- Close CS

CS added an update for people that doesn't have surround sound a few months ago. You can disable this in your audio settings (headphones), try different headphones settings and see which one works best for you. There are also autoexec.cfg's you can download for better fps. Smile

If your configuration hasn't changed, it's likely a cached issue or just an update that caused lag on your computer. It has nothing to do with dust.

The NIP fix is likely your best option, if not I would delete your configuration files or factory restore your computer.

Go through the general proccess of removing spam files from your computer such as temp and dump files.

Also check on your drivers and see if updates are available.

Just turn down the video settings and / or close all of the other programs you have up.
