Lyrics while concentrating?

If you listen to music when you study or are working on something important that needs lots of attention and focus, do you listen to music with or without lyrics?
I mean -- I doubt many people will go with "must have lyrics" but I feel that a lot of people will stick without lyrics.

I hate it when people come try to talk to me when I'm working on something, and that's most days. I usually just say "fuck off" but in the end I'll listen to music with lyrics without giving a second thought. I can kinda drown out any words and just listen to the music. Sometimes sound effects may get my attention but I'm pretty quick to recover. Other times I'll exclusively listen to Mers des Revs II exclusively or some other ambient/dark-ambient music if I really need to focus and cannot have a single bit of distraction.

My girlfriend can only listen to video game or movie OSTs haha. Mostly anime, because we're weebs but it almost never has any vocals, and if it does she can't understand it anyway so it doesn't distract her and sounds nice. A little more interesting than my ambient stuff.

I do the same, I just open soundcloud and let it roll out my likes playlist, mainly consisting of ambient songs and night lovell, with the odd anime OST here and there.

When i'm studying i always listen to classic music because if it has lyrics i start to sing and i can't concentrate xD

Most of the time when I study I listen to classical music. It's the only type of music that doesn't distract me and make me relate to something completely unrelated to the subject making me unfocused and inefficient. I've also read that it helps you remember things better so I always put it on in hopes I'll get better results.

I don't usually listen to anything if I need to study for stuff. I get too carried away with the music >_>

I only really listen to things that have vocals because if it doesn't have vocals I'll completely block out the notice and wont even notice that i'm listing to music.
