MC Dead?

2 years ago minecraft was the very playable game but now a lot of ppl have been leaving mc community

minecraft is dying yes but not dead yet its still got milions of players in the game!

Minecraft won't die for a very long time. It's not growing, granted, but it's certainly not dead.

The main factor is the shift of their marketing efforts towards a younger demographic. It makes their older players less likely to hang around, and the division of Minecraft across platforms (XBOX/PS4/PC/Switch) has resulted in a dip in player density on PC, for sure.

But I can't see Minecraft dying. There's nothing else that offers the sheer versatility of a Minecraft server, and they're just released one of their biggest technical overhauls ever. It's safe to say that they're in it for the long term and they know how they're staying there.

No, for sure not. If you look at Hypixel or other popular server you will see it's still alive

Nah not dead, if you check Twitch, mc is still alive and well, just not really "famous" atm cuz theres a crap ton of new games out, it will get back up trust me, but its 100% not dead my dude

I think 1.13 killed it. They completely changed textures and added some new useless things. I think I'll stick to 1.7.10, 1.9.4 or 1.12.2.
