i would use tits v2 because it has alot of places to base if you have darkrp

It depends what kind of experience you're after really, different maps offer different styles of play. downtown_tits is good if you enjoy everything to me a bit more close quarters with lots of base options whereas something like rockford is quite open and offers for slower gameplay. Evocity is a good medium between the two.

I recommend looking on this site for good server files, you can find a lot of cool things for servers on this site!

Try rp_bloc42, it is kinda small but it is legendary. There are many places for many opportunities and if you are a server owner, you could pretty much put many NPCs and missions everywhere.

i use rp_simplytown on my server it is pretty good and i reccomend it

Paralake is a good map if you can be bothered to script the doors and the tram unlike most server owners, alot of people saying evocity is huge, its big but not huge, rockford, evocity and paralake are the best in my opinion and experience as a player and server owner

I know one good card called "Rockford". I highly recommend trying to play it.
