Brilliant leak! You've completed my hunt for these items link is probably broken but o well.

For what exactly is this? Is this a complete new f3 menu or what?

This menu is quite nice.
However I'm not entirely sure about the quality of this leak.

If it does not contain any materials, just go find another one, because you will end up with a bugged menu.
