McDonalds Hhealthy?

Their salads aren't even healthy but I like em nonetheless.

the chicken they pack in those things are pretty damned good.
And I really like the brand of salad dressing they have with it, too.

If you want healthy, don't have fast food.

McDonalds isn't healthy but it depends what else you get in the day...

If you don't get a lunch with lots of cals, you can afford a big McDonalds menu without a problem.
