Medical prescription on marijuana in EU/EES

Anyone here has any info/experience about what you need in order to get a prescription for medical marijuana in Holland?
I am planning on getting my smoker's license. Would be nice to finally be untouchable by the police.
I can be right next to them in a concert and smoke my joint, and they can't do a thing
