Memberlist Only Shows Me

So, the memberlist is only showing me (the admin). What's going on?

What rank are you? Is it only showing the rank that you are? Is anyone else that rank?
If you are the only one showing with that rank, check each individual group's settings and see if "Yes, show users of this group on the member list" is checked.
If this is checked, yet they are still hidden, let me know.

For some reason the "Copy from registered" or whatever the wording was, didn't check that by default.
