Members change Theme ?

Hey, I have a question, How can I stop members from changing themes

I would love to help you, but please specify themes on what exactly?

If you want to use one theme for everyone, change the others theme settings to be used only for Administrators.
Admin Panel --> Themes --> Select Theme wich you want to disable for others members, and check Administrators on "Who can use this theme".
