Code:
Back in April, Microsoft released a non-security update for both Windows 7 and 8. This update, 3022345, created a new Windows service called the Diagnostics Tracking service. Microsoft describes this service as doing two things. First, it increase the amount of diagnostic data that the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) can collect in order to better diagnose problems. Second, it collects data for third party applications that use the Application Insights service. Application Insights is a preview that allows app developers to track performance issues, crashes, and other problems of their applications. The Diagnostics Tracking service collects this data and sends it to Microsoft.

So yes, everyone who claims windows 7, and 8 don't spy are wasting their time acting like they don't.

Thanks for posting this.

As for the claims, I still don't give a rats ass. Microsoft can gladly look at what porn I watch, or watch me play games. Bring it on.
People act like they weren't already data collecting, or that the NSA (or your own government) weren't collecting data. It's just when they actually tell you about it, you lose your minds? Fucking people...

There is no such thing as privacy, even if you think using a VPN is private. All they are intended to do is prevent your ISP from monitoring you (or to provide fake info to website analytics), it doesn't mean you aren't in a log file somewhere. (When a VPN says "no logs" it means they themselves don't log, their server NOC/ISP do unless it's underground).

You kissed your privacy goodbye when you came out the womb.

Pretty much.
This is mainly directed at the people who think an older version of windows is any more private than windows 10.
Pretty much everything tracks or logs what you do so yea privacy is all in our heads.

Windows 10 is a spy software, If you are connected to internet your data is transferred to MS servers for review. There is no option to choose and install updates as user wishes, instead it does automatically when its connected to internet. Also updates are delivered in torrent style (updates taken from other users on your network with windows 10) It steals the bandwidth.

Newly released updates for windows 7 do spy and MS give fancy name to it Telemetry

I installed win 10 pro but looking at the things that were going i just don't want to run it anymore and i am very happy with windows 7 user freedom.
Isn't this signature cool ? Heart
