I think I know whats happend I bet you havent been hacked or anything just you have tried to login to to many wrong alts or tried to crack minecraft accounts without a proxy soo it doesnt let you login for like 30 mins :// Same thing happend to me :/

Either you got hacked, using vpn or proxy, or some other issue with their database. I would try if you have a vpn or proxy to turn it off because for me in the past I've used a vpn and when I turned it on I couldn't access my minecraft account.
