Its been picking up in price for quite some time now. I imagine it leaped up when it was bought by Microsoft?

people still buying that game no matter how expensive it is, in my opinion it doesn't deserve 5$

in that case, don't waste all your money on something you might get bored from it!
just buy cracked accounts or use some hack clients and done.

I used to play on Faction servers, and Vanilla style servers with a small community, doing large style builds and all. Cracked accounts weren't worth it. Think I had 10+ accounts just set up on 1 faction server, so I could have +10 border space for each person, to protect a netherwart farm... :( RIP life.

Na I wouldn't buy another account for $26, not worth the price (for me atleast anyway). I live off the dynamic if you pay for a game (let's say $60) you should get your moneys worth. So $60 for a game should be 60 hours of play time.

For minecraft, I can kinda justify $26, because you'll easily get 26 hours of play time in no time. But for me, I don't really play it that often. Probably Minecraft Pocket Edition here and there when I'm travelling to kill time.

it's been the same as always, there are just different editions now.
what i can't stand is why the nintendo switch and wii u versions cost more than the original PC version..
