Mini mods, semi-staff, etc

I forgot to mention that I think this could work but only when we have a big enough userbase, useless right now.
Current staff is enough for what the activity is right now.

Also, this would only be useful imo if it was someone who was based where the others aren't so they could have staff on at all times. Don't see the use for it now though, NBB is still small and we aren't active enough. If it's just for leeches, report the profiles and then wait for them to get on.

(Though I wish I had the powers to ban and prune when a cuck of an old pal of mine started posting shit about me, my info and pictures of me.)

Unlocking content is limited, so they can spam all they want, they won't get much out of it.
