Hey Nulledbb! I was browsing through Twitter when I found an add for a very famous miracle diet in Latin America, it's basically called the Soup Diet.

This diet consists of 7 days of eating almost only Soup, it guarantees you to lose at least 3-8 kg (6-17 Pounds Aprox.) this is what you basically have to do to achieve your results. (This was all translated from Spanishby me so if anything is unclear please tell me and I'll correct it!)

Recipe for the Calorie-Burning Soup

  • 6 peeled Tomatoes

  • 6 Onions

  • 1 Clean Cabagge

  • 2 Green Peppers

  • 2 Pieces of Celery

  • Salt (If it's Himalaya Pink salt it's better)

  • Pepper

Day 1

Only eat exclusively the Calorie-Burning Soup along with some fruit. You are also allowed to drink Tea or Coffe without sugar.

Day 2

Soup, green leaf vegetables (Instead of fruit), Tea and/or Coffe without sugar. You can add some carbs, preferably, potatoes.

Day 3

Soup, Vegetables, and Fruit.Tea and/or Coffe without sugar. You can measure your weight in this day to see your progress with the diet.

Day 4

Soup, Fruits (Bananas). Skimmed milk, Coffe and/or Tea without sugar.

Day 5

Soup and Proteins. You can add half a kilo max of veal or chicken without skin, peeled tomatoes, teaand/or Coffe without sugar.

Day 6

Soup, meat, and vegetables.Tea and/or Coffe without sugar.

Day 7

Last day of the diet, this last day you must eat the following: Soup, rice, fruits, vegetables.Tea and/or Coffe without sugar.

So, what do you think, do you see them as harmful? Can they leave to dangerousbehaviour? I'm honestly not sure, but these kind of diets are super famous at least in Mexico, and a lot of people end up in the hospital because of some more extreme ones. This one I've tried it myself, it was in 2012 so I can't really tell you if it works or not, I barely remember, but at least it didn't got me in a hospital.
