Every server (i dont have seen any server with the following idea) has a strict rule about the language, like, only English, russian, german and so on.

But what about a server with multiple language like in real life?

I know there will be conflicts but thats how it is in real life :D

What you guys thinking of this? Good or bad idea?

as for me bad because it would spoil the game. I'll tell you my situation. once I went to the mayor for the license, but didn't receive it as he spoke other language.

Good point.

But you can create a job like a translator or a job (police officer rankthat requires 2 languages or something like that.

andi know that this will only work if you have a big community

The world has 7 billion people speaking a wide variety of languages. I think it's a little silly to aim for an ultra-realistic roleplay server in an urban environment but then scream the moment someone struggles with English; go to NYC, Moscow, etc, you'll find tons of people who can't speak the language of the country they are in - it's life.
