I will say though we would need more than just anime emojis since we aren't just an anime forum.

Yeah, this is just a start because of the main traffic that joined love anime. Discord has a bunch or anything else really, everything can be made into an emoji if people have PS or something.

Either way, my suggestion is basically just get some anime emojis to use. Where I linked from was a suggestion.

I can draw some SVG emojis, don't expect something very spectacular though.

I imagine all emojis can, as they aren't big, bulky images to start with.

no, they really can't, not in their original form anyway
there are fancy systems that recognize the image and make a s.o silhouette, but nothing exact

Won't that look fine at a scale as small as an emoji?
I don't think we will ever view it at max above 10x10 pixel?
