Multiple App Instances

So, there's this cool little Android App called "Parallel Space" that lets you run multiple instances of an app without rooting your phone. So you can have multiple FB/Kik/SC/etc. accounts all without having to sign out.

Y'all ever need something like this but ended up rooting/jailbreaking so you can do it? Or would you guys ever actually use something like this in practical use?
