Well i watched all your must watch list,expect 11 an 12.
And is Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama better then Familiar Of Zero?
Since you like romance you should watch Seto no Hanayome (maybe not that much romance)

P.S I liked Elfen Lied too and the other two look interesting :D
