Cursor Set:
I took the cursor set from this theme: Win11 Dark Theme, its on Deviant art

Sublime Text theme: Material Darker, With Red Accent Color

For the Clock: Install Rainmeter And install SimpleMedia addon for it

Wallpapers: Just random Firewatch wallpapers Smile

Looks good to be Windows. Personally i dont like Windows though, but nice look!
