Do you have any recommendations on what to do during "recess"?

what are your tips on studying at home? for example to concentrate better?

i am quite nervous about it because i have many tests coming up, if you also do, how are you coping with it?

Find a quiet place to read/study, preferably where you can also keep good posture so you don't get aches.
